Product Description

1.Introduction:

Gelatin is a protein substance that is extracted from collagen, a natural protein present in skin, 

bones, and animal tissue. As a protein, it contains many amino acids that lend itself to a diverse 

amount of applications.

2.Properity:

Gelatin possesses qualities to help remove haze causing precipitates from wine, fruit juices

and beer. People have come to associate good clarity with better taste and purity in such products.

Gelatin has certain advantages:

·       Has little or no effect on the flavor

·       Easy to use

·       Inexpensive

·       Works well in those products that are acidic or slightly acidic in nature.

3.Application of gelatin:

Pharmaceutical 

Uses:

film-forming agents, micro-encapsulation, arthritis relief formulas, tableting, and nutritional formulas.

Cosmetic Uses:

shampoos and conditioners as (hydrolyzed animal protein), lipsticks, 

and fingernail formulas.  

Food Uses:

protein drinks, protein energy bars, wine, beer and fruit juice clarification, 

and micro-encapsulatio n of flavors and food colors.
